Earthly Adventures on Museum Campus

April 21, 2012

Earth Weekend kicked off with events all around Chicago. People put on their green clothes, accessories, and shoes to show support for planet earth. I was fortunate to attend events at The Field Museum and Adler Planetarium. Adler hosted a 3-D lecture about Antarctic scientists who study the universe and The Field cut ribbon on a new community garden with food and a band. (There are no pictures of the garden, yet, because the celebration was moved inside due to cold & windy Chicago weather.)

These are my green pictures as I explored 2/3 of Museum Campus in Chicago. (if a picture was lacking green, I added a green tint)
